Our Story

For years, Tortilleria El Progreso has been a cornerstone of the Azalea Park community, dedicated to bringing the authentic tastes of Mexico to Central Florida. What started as a passion for quality tortillas has grown into a culinary hub where families can find everything they need in one place.

Our main location at 6096 E Colonial Dr houses four distinct experiences under one roof:

Restaurant: A family-style dining space serving sizzling fajitas, savory tacos, and classic Mexican entrees.

Supermarket: A full-service grocery store offering authentic ingredients, fresh meats, and Latin American staples.

Tortilleria & Bakery: The heart of our business, where we make golden tortillas from scratch daily, alongside a bakery filled with sweet breads and pastries.

Paleteria (Ice Cream): A vibrant ice cream parlor specializing in creamy paletas, aguas frescas, and homemade ice cream.
